If you browse MyColdCup website, you may generally do so anonymously without providing any personal information. However, there are cases in which we may ask you for personal data such as creating an account or placing an order.
Orders
When you place an order for a product, we need to know your name, e-mail address, and mailing address (except if ordering through a school). Your e-mail address and name will only be used to confirm your order, let you know that payment has been received if you paid by cheque or cash, and to let you know that your order has shipped. Payment by credit card is done via PayPal's secure payment service. No credit card information is collected by myColdCup. All Internet transactions with MyColdCup are performed on a secure server using SSL technology. Only a person assigned by the school will be allowed to access the information regarding orders placed through the school. The school coordinator will only be able to see the name of the person placing the order, the student's name, grade, and order. They will not be able to see the e-mail associated with that particular order.

This website also may detect and use your IP address or domain name for internal traffic monitoring and capacity purposes or to otherwise administer our website.
